HAiVEN privacy policy
HAiVEN helps families see how a home for sale fits their life: the home, life around it, and the market. This page explains what the HAiVEN Chrome extension and app collect, why, and what we never do.
What we collect
- The homes you choose to analyze. When you click “Analyze”, we receive the listing's address, price, size, year built, photo link, listing description and page link from Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com. We only read listing pages, and only the listing you're viewing.
- Your family profile, if you fill it in. Things like how many people live with you, kids' ages, pets, work addresses for commute times, and what matters most to you. Every question is optional.
- Your reports, notes and saved homes, so you can come back to them.
- Your Chrome account email, if Chrome shares it, to recognize your install and contact you about your account.
- Feedback you send with “Report an issue”, including the screenshot you choose to attach.
- Basic usage records: when reports run, whether they succeeded, and which data services were called, so we can keep the service working and fair.
How we use it
Only to produce and store your reports and to run and improve HAiVEN. To build a report we look up public data about the address (for example U.S. Census, FEMA flood maps, OpenStreetMap) and use Google's Gemini AI to read the listing and summarize the results. Those services receive the address and listing details needed for that lookup, not your family profile or email.
What we never do
- We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
- We don't track your browsing. The extension only acts on Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com listing pages.
- Scores never use race, religion, national origin, sex, disability or familial status.
Where it's kept
Your data is stored on HAiVEN servers hosted by Vercel with a Neon Postgres database in the United States, protected in transit with HTTPS.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your family profile, notes and reports in the app at any time. To delete everything about your account, email engineering@momntumai.com from the address on your account and we'll remove it within 30 days. Uninstalling the extension stops all collection.
